KCB series stainless steel gear pump is suitable for conveying high-temperature liquid without solid particles and fibers or corrosive, and the temperature is not higher than 200 ºC.

KCB series stainless steel gear pump uses:
KCB series stainless steel gear pump is used in occasions requiring high sanitary conditions, such as medicine and food industries, and in occasions with weak corrosivity, such as fine chemicals, cosmetics, printing and dyeing and brewing industries.

Structural features of KCB series stainless steel gear pump:
The lubrication of all parts in KCB stainless steel gear pump is automatically achieved by using the conveying medium when the pump is working. There are reasonably designed oil drain and return grooves in the pump, which is that the torque force borne by the gear in operation is small, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high.

The total return pressure of the protection valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump, which can also be adjusted according to the actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, it should be noted that this protective valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for a long time, and can be installed separately on the pipeline if necessary.
