QDX Submersible Drainage Pumps
The QDX Submersible Drainage Water Pump consists of a water pump, a seal and a motor.
The motor is located in the upper part of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor.
The submersible pump is located in the lower part of the electric pump and is a centrifugal impeller and a volute structure.
The double-end mechanical seal is used between the pump and the motor, and the "O"-shaped oil-resistant rubber sealing ring is used for static sealing at each fixed stop.
The pump shaft is hard chrome-plated, which improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft and facilitates maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.
The motor is equipped with a thermal protector, which can disconnect the power protection motor when the electric pump is out of phase, overload, and the motor is overheated.
The QDX/QX small submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) is a lower pump structure.
Consisting of three parts: water pump, seal and electric motor, the electric motor is located in the upper part of the electric pump,which is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor, the water pump is located in the lower part of the electric pump, which is a centrifugal impeller, a worm shell structure, and has PPO impeller corrosion and acid resistance.
